Shipping

PICK UP FROM OUR STORE

You can pick up your order from our store which is located at 10 Chatzi Pelleren Street, Ioannina 45221, without any charges of shipping or pay on delivery. You may pay with cash or debit or credit card on our store. You will receive a notice on your email or viber when you order will be ready for pick up. Orders that have been made until 2:00pm will be available for pick up during the same day (products that are out of stock or need to ordered are excluded). Your order will be available for the following two (2) working days after the notice that you will receive from us. After these two (2) days your order is automatically canceled. Then, if you want to activate again your order, you must contact with us to arrange a new pick up day (provided that the product is still on stock).


SHIPPING OPTIONS

IOANNINA: All orders are being shipped with ACS Courier or Speedex through the region of Ioannina daily from Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5pm.

REST OF GREECE: All orders are being shipped with ACS Courier or Speedex through the region of Greece daily from Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5pm.


SHIPPING TIMELINE

IOANNINA: Orders that have been received until 2:00pm may be shipped during the day. We will contact you to arrange a delivery hour that is convenient to you.

REST OF GREECE: Shipping is usually completed from 1 to 3 working day after your order's fulfillment (*) unless the product is labeled with a different shipping status. Shipping most commonly takes place during the following working day. Shipping on territories that are not easily reached from the Courier may be delayed. In any case our store will make all the efforts to receive your order as soon as possible even earlier that is expected.

(*) Orders chosen to be payed with bank transfer will not be shipped until we receive the payment to our account.


SHIPPING COST

IOANNINA: All orders through the region of Ioannina are shipped for free without any extra charges.

REST IF GREECE: 

  • For orders less than forty-nine euro (49€), the customer is charged three euro (3.00€) as a shipping fee.
  • For orders equal or more than forty-nine euro (49€), the customer is not charged with any shipping fee regardless of weight or volume.
